Do you design other marketing materials (Business Cards, Flyers, Large Banners, Powerpoints, others..)?
Yes of course. But this gig is for website ad/social media banners. For larger print ready roll up banners, brochures, posters, billboards please message me and will give you a quote.
What information do you need to start the job?
I need the size of the banner in pixels, the text you want on, logos or any images you want to use and some basic design guidelines to better understand your vision.
Can you instal the banner on my website?
No sorry, I only design.
I need a cover for Facebook, can you help?
YES! Feel free to order the gig. I design covers, profile images, ads and posts for all social media sites, price is the same as per a website banner.
Can you make me more versions?
Yes! Firstly pick the package you want (1, 3 or 5 banners). On the next step, you have the option to order more styles of the same size or same style in various sizes. If you are not sure, message me! My avegare response time is 1h.
What is the time delivery?
I'll get to this as soon as I can. Please keep in mind that I take all the orders step by step, so I will deliver the order in the exact number of the days which are displayed in your order.
How much time does the revisions take?
I always try to revise any project the fast as possible, but the average revision execution and delivery takes approx 12-18 hrs, more or less (Some of the your revisions are delivered within an hour too). In any case, please be patient because quality always requires some time! 🙂
I need my job to be completed in 24h or less. Is this possible?
YES! Once you pick the package you want, you have extras available on the next page. Pick 24h delivery! Only in case you need really express delivery (couple of hours), message me to check if I am available.
What if I don`t like the design, do you offer refunds?
Please know that by buying the gig you are buying my time. I am happy to make you modifications after delivery, to work it out, but no new designs from scratch. Those are extra cost.
